Warm-up: 50 Double unders, 10 squats, 20 Kb swings, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 TTB, 10 back extensions

Strength: Make up a strength WOD you missed from the week or work up to 1RM Oly with Jennifer


Seven rounds for time of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
20 Double-unders

We will be do some of these very soon if you haven’t already played around with them.
