Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press (sub push-ups)
Body weight back squat

Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

No time component, but move considerably quick from exercise to exercise.  Save the racks for the heavier athletes, get two people to work as a rack for the lighter athletes.
