2 minute AMRAP 15ft. Rope Climb

Rest 2 minutes


15 Burpees

30 Toes to bar

15 Burpees

***Immediately after your last rep of burpees, you will have 2 minutes to find a 1RM in shoulder to overhead from an empty bar***


– If you can not do rope climbs, scale with 2min AMRAP of strict pull-ups (Bands allowed)

– Scale for Toes 2 Bar are lying Leg raises

– You may use a rack for S2O

– You may Press, Push press, Back jerk, power jerk, split jerk etc.

– You may not load the bar until you are done with the rest of the workout

– You may place the weights you plan to use on the ground by your rack before the WOD

– You will have three scores: Your number of rope climbs, Your time for burpee/T2Bs, and you load for S2O
