Warm-up: Fanny Wackers, Frankensteins, Over the fence, Under the fence, Sit in a deep squat for 30 seconds, 30 forward and 30 backward arm circles

Skill:  Pistol

WOD:  Shane-O’s 40

Snatch – 95# – 40 Reps

Handstand Push-ups – 40 Reps

Ab-Mat Burpees – 40 Reps – Perform a burpee and jump over the ab-mat on each rep

Nose to ground push-ups – 40 Reps

Elevated 30″ box jumps – 40 Reps

You can break up the WOD anyway you want as long as you complete all of the work.
