When scaling, use what ever weight you used for last weeks Squat cleans thrusters EMOM.
Sets of UB 5 Doubleunders AMRAP (AMRAP – Reps)
As many Unbroken sets of 5 Doubleunders as possible.
Rest exactly 1 min after your last EMOM
COUNT EACH SET OF 5 AS ONE REP
You can NOT just keep doing doubleunders and have them count as sets. You must stop after 5 reps and start again.
