Pull-ups (AMRAP Unbroken strict pullups rest 3min)

If you don’t have at least 5 strict pull-ups do the following:

Bent Over Row (4 sets of 6 rest 2 min AHAP)

3 Rounds for time:
25 KBS 2/1.5pd
25 Burpees
Check your previous scores and shoot to beat them or try to go RX if you scaled last time. Try to keep this under 15min.
